What is the right focus we should have learned from the days of Unleavened Bread now, and going forward? What happens when we truly focus on Christ, and when we don’t? Do we focus on what WE can do, or on what God can and must do? Can God take away his Spirit once He gives it?

This timeless message (2 parts) is a re-post from 2014, and a great way to prepare for Passover. We discuss the 2 sides of Passover: the incredible love of God as well as the incredible severity of God (Romans 11:22). Why does it take so much innocent blood to be shed in order to forgive sin? We explain. In Part 1 - we also introduce the beginning of "the crimson thread" throughout scripture pointing to the coming Messiah. For example, why did Isaac carry the wood to his own sacrifice? When was our Savior sacrificed - at least in God's mind? Also we go in depth into the many things our dear Father provides for us through the blood of His Son, the Christ (it's much, much more than just being forgiven of our sins). This sermon ends with us beginning to explore the nuances of Exodus 12. (To be continued in part 2).

This is a re-post of the timeless message of the Pre-Passover sermon of April 2014. This message is not only about Yeshua's blood, but also about Father's love, whose idea it was to find a way to wash away ALL our sins in the blood of His Word, who became flesh - Yeshua (Jesus). You'll appreciate the crimson thread of the promise of the blood of Christ woven through scripture. You'll need the printed notes to see the diagrams, signs and photo as you hear the audio. I'm sorry I spoke so fast to get thru it all. See what the camp of Israel looked like from the air. Hear something intriguing about Golgotha. Be inspired by the "hidden-in-plain sight" message the pagan Pilate put over the head of our Messiah. . . and much, much more. Embrace Father's love. Receive our Savior's loving sacrifice, amen.

Passover the year Jesus/Yeshua died, on Passover day, was the most momentous day in earth’s history. On this day, He crushed Satan’s power over us, redeemed us and set us free. So for us, it’s a time of solemn joy. This service was first given several years ago, but the words are timeless. I’m making it available for those who are keeping Passover by themselves. Any of you may find value checking this out and listening. The traditional Jewish Seder we have today was not even in use in 30 AD in exactly the same format and instructions as we have today – so we follow what Jesus/Yeshua did. (So this is not a Seder with the pagan egg and other issues.)
So this service is a time of solemn joy as we remember our Lord Jesus/Yeshua the Son of God who died for us all. We will follow Christ’s example of footwashing, then the breaking of the unleavened bread and the small vial or glass of red wine, along with explanations of what all of these emblems mean. If you will be keeping Passover alone, you can still use the audio and notes from this service. The first 2 pages are instructions on setting up the Passover, but they’re more geared to larger groups. If by yourself, just have your basin of water, towel, piece of unbroken unleavened bread ready, and a small glass of red wine for each person participating – then listen to the audio. May our awesome loving Abba God our Father and our Savior Yeshua (Jesus) of Nazareth be with you and may the presence of God’s spirit fill your heart and mind as we remember and celebrate his total victory over sin and Satan. Have a meaningful, wonderful Passover.

Summary: Passover and days of Unleavened Bread — a new season of our JOY. Let’s celebrate what our wonderful God our Father did through His Son to forgive our sins by the blood of His Lamb Jesus, and to cleanse us and give us his own righteous Resurrection Life in Messiah. Let's use this new year we're beginning, to recommit to fervently seeking God, to form a stronger lasting bond with Messiah, to be much more zealous, to be overcomers, and to commit to letting Yeshua's life genuinely change us into being His new creation.

BIG worldwide news events are happening so rapidly lately – half a dozen or more each day that are BIG stories – that my head’s spinning.
It’s hard to keep up with all the new news, as there are so many new, big, prophecy related news pieces. If you don’t see this same thing – of prophecy suddenly on the march -- you must be asleep. The foundations of Bible prophecies are being SET, soon to be ready to go, so to speak. We need people of God to understand the times we live in now and know what to do.

Enoch, a righteous man, was the father of Methuselah and grandfather of Noah. There’s a common belief that Enoch never died and that God raptured him to heaven. Does the Bible actually say all that? You might be surprised. Let’s see if that’s true. But first understand that the word “raptured” is just the Latin word translation of “caught up” in 1 Thess 4:17. Don’t make a bigger deal of the word “raptured” than it is. Many believe God caught Enoch up to heaven, or raptured, and he never died.

When Christ sends his angels at His return to gather his “elect,” will you be one of the elect brethren picked up by a holy angel and taken to Yeshua/Jesus? Are you sure? Is it important to be part of the “elect”? Are they just a tiny fraction of all believers? Who are “the elect”? How does one become a part of the Elect? Are you really valuing being part of the chosen elect? We’ll cover all that and more today.

What reaction does God clearly want in his people in the midst of evils, disasters and violence in the land? What happens to do those having that reaction He seeks – and those that don’t? This could impact you in a big way someday.

Why are there two kinds of sin listed in 1 John 5:16-17. How serious is it to “fall away” from God’s truth and from a strong relationship with God? What are WE each supposed to do when we see someone straying? There’s a lot from God about our inter-relationship with others, in this sermon.
