May this sermon be one that excites you and motivates you! Are you excited about your calling to be in the First Resurrection? Or has that become “old hat” to you? What will the First Resurrection be like? What kind of body will you have? What events lead up to it and what happens after the resurrection takes place? WHEN, on which holy day, is it likely to happen on? In the Fall – or on Pentecost? And why does this even matter? Why is this important? My prayer is that this sermon will awaken you to your exciting first resurrection calling. My concern is that many of us have lost that initial “fire” we had and have become very Laodicean.
